• Must hold a valid certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized training program (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, Polestar Pilates, etc.).
• Certification should include both mat and apparatus (reformer, cadillac, chair, etc.) Pilates instruction.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Pilates classes to clients of varying fitness levels.
• Experience in group class instruction and private sessions preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and proper exercise techniques.
• Ability to modify exercises and create personalized workouts based on individual client needs and goals.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Reliable and punctual.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for clients.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness objectives.

• Must carry liability insurance coverage for Pilates instruction or be willing to obtain coverage prior to teaching classes.
