About Jerome
A renowned Pilates teacher trainer, Jerome has been a pillar of the classical Pilates community for decades. Certified by Romana Kryzanowska in 1998, he spent five years traveling the world alongside her, assisting and demonstrating at workshops and seminars. With a diverse background in martial arts, dance, gymnastics, fitness training, yoga, and music, Jerome brings a unique and dynamic teaching approach.As a featured instructor in the Romana’s Legacy DVD series, Jerome is dedicated to preserving the authentic Pilates method. His workshops are known for their depth, precision, and inspiration—making this an event you won’t want to miss!

About Christina
Christina Gadar, certified in 2000 by Joseph Pilates' protege Romana Kryzanowska, brings over two decades of expertise and passion to her teaching. In addition to being an international Pilates presenter, Christina is the author of six Pilates books, creator of the Pilates Animals Workout for children, and founder of the Open Access Pilates Archives for teachers and enthusiasts.
About the workshop
Christina Gadar visited Pearl Pilates NYC in January 25th and 26th. She hosted Private sessions and a workshop for instructors. The workshop on January 26th provided an in-depth exploration of the method with one of the most respected voices in Pilates today.
