About the workshop
This immersive three-hour session at Pear Pilates NYC provided a dynamic blend of movement and observation across a variety of apparatus, including Reformers, Towers, and Mats. Designed for teachers and dedicated practitioners, the workshop utilized transformative 30-minute workouts to explore how Classical Pilates sequences evolved across different bodies. About Christina
Christina Gadar, certified in 2000 by Joseph Pilates' protege Romana Kryzanowska, brings over two decades of expertise and passion to her teaching. In addition to being an international Pilates presenter, Christina is the author of six Pilates books, creator of the Pilates Animals Workout for children, and founder of the Open Access Pilates Archives for teachers and enthusiasts.
