• Perform various types of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal, among others, based on clients' needs and preferences.
• Assess clients' medical histories, symptoms, and desired results to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
• Create a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after massage treatments.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction with the massage experience.
• Recommend appropriate home care routines and techniques to clients to enhance the benefits of their massages.
• Stay informed about current trends and advancements in the field of massage therapy.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow proper sanitation protocols for equipment and massage rooms.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations for massage therapy.

• Proven work experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a similar setting (e.g., spa, wellness center, chiropractic clinic).
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program and current state licensure.
• Proficiency in various massage modalities and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology as they relate to massage therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Dedication to professionalism and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR certification (preferred but not required).
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy.
